Another small thought Stress is an ever-present companion in modern life. Constant availability, high demands at work and private pressure can lead to us feeling increasingly overwhelmed and exhausted. Too much constant stress can have a negative impact on our health. A crucial factor in dealing with stress better is the right balance between stress and recovery - creative breaks give the body and mind the time they need to regenerate. Without sufficient recovery phases, we run the risk of becoming overwhelmed and exhausted, and our performance and emotional well-being are impaired. Creative breaks increase concentration and help to reduce emotional tension. A creative break is about resting mentally and clearing your head so that you can approach challenges with a new perspective. Without these regular breaks, our stress levels will continue to rise. Our brain is then less able to make clear decisions and we lose the ability to focus. Our immune system also suffers from ongoing stress, which can lead to more frequent illnesses and a general feeling of exhaustion. Creative breaks are therefore a necessity. They are the basis for sustainable performance and our well-being. Those who regularly integrate creative breaks into their everyday lives promote their own productivity and long-term health. Creative breaks are the short time out that has a big impact. So why not give yourself creative breaks?

Another small thought Meditative painting means finding or rediscovering TRUST in ourselves. We achieve true understanding, feel a deep connection with our body and experience elemental living being with undivided attention. So why not give yourself moments of mindfulness?
